Do you take insurance?
We're an out-of-network, private-pay provider, so we don't bill insurance companies directly. After each visit you receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized statement of the services you received. It lists the provider's information, dates of service, and the procedure and diagnosis codes insurers use to process a claim.
How much will my insurance reimburse?
It depends entirely on your plan. Call the number on your insurance card and ask about out-of-network occupational therapy benefits, your deductible, and your reimbursement rate. The list of questions above is a good script.
What is occupational therapy?
